"Nature Card Sequencing Game with a difference!
Quinses is a challenging game that enables kids to think logically, strategic and understand picture sequencing.
This game has 25 cards - 5 sets of 5 cards each. Each set of five cards is a sequence in nature -such as the sequence of five steps of the metamorphosis of a butterfly or the sequence of 5 steps of germination.
The cards are shuffled and dealt amongst all players. The player with the first card (the egg card) of the butterfly sequence starts by putting it down. The next player must then play either the second (hatching caterpillar card) of the Butterfly sequence or the first card of any other sequence. In turn, each player puts down one card at a time, either continuing an existing sequence or starting a new one.The player to finish his/her cards first wins the game!
With Quinses kids build and sharpen their logical skills as they understand nature sequences. With time, they even start to play strategically by deciding which card to play when. And all this, while having a wonderful time!
How To Play The Game:
Shuffle and deal all the cards to all players. The player who has the 'Egg' card of the 'A butterfly is born' sequence starts by putting that card face up in the middle. The next player plays either the second card of the Butterfly sequence under the first card or the first card of any other sequence in a new column. Play proceeds in this way with each player putting down one card at a time but only if it fits in the sequence. If a player does not have such a card he/she passes his/her turn. The player to finish all his/her cards wins the game. The given information cards provide extra information about each sequence.
