1. What is the Loyalty Cash Program?
The Loyalty Cash Program is a special Rewards point system on Firstcry.com. You can earn Loyalty Cash on your purchase from FirstCry website, mobile applications or any of the FirstCry stores. You can also redeem the Loyalty Cash while making purchases on FirstCry website, mobile applications or any of the FirstCry stores.
2. How do I earn Loyalty Cash?
As you explore products on FirstCry.com website or mobile application, against each product, you will see the Loyalty Cash on offer for that product. For every product that you purchase online, the Loyalty Cash for that product will be credited to your account within 48 hours of the product being successfully delivered to you.
If you are purchasing at a FirstCry store, the store receipt will explicitly mention the Loyalty Cash earned by you for that purchase. Loyalty Cash is credited to your account within 24 hours of purchase. Note that in case of purchases at the FirstCry store, Loyalty Cash earned by you is recorded against your mobile number. Please ensure you share the correct mobile number at the time of purchase.
3. How is my Loyalty Cash Calculated?
Your earned Loyalty Cash will vary based on the products bought by you on FirstCry website, mobile application or any FirstCry store. The Loyalty Cash against the product, if available for that product, is aimed at maximizing the value provided to you.
However, you will not earn any Loyalty cash for a product if you have availed an offer which provides product(s) for free in your order. Also if you decide to earn PAYBACK points for your order, you will not earn any Loyalty Cash for that order.
4. How do I redeem my Loyalty Cash?
You can start redeeming your Loyalty Cash once you have earned a minimum of Rs. 50 as Loyalty Cash. On earning Rs. 50 as Loyalty Cash, you may redeem it against a purchase/order on FirstCry website, mobile application or any FirstCry store. Eg: If you have earned Rs. 75 as Loyalty Cash, you can use the entire Rs. 75 against orders at FirstCry . You can redeem your loyalty cash even in orders in which you have availed other coupons or offers.
In case of the website and mobile application, the option to redeem your Loyalty Cash would be available to you when you are going to pay for your purchases as shown below:
In case of a FirstCry store, Loyalty Cash is recorded against your mobile phone number. To redeem your Loyalty Cash, inform the billing executive at the store about the amount that you would like to redeem and provide your usual billing mobile number. The executive will initiate a One Time Password (OTP) which you will receive on that mobile number. Provide the executive with the OTP and the amount will be deducted from your bill and debited from your Loyalty Cash.
You can also combine loyalty cash earned online or offline and redeem them either on FirstCry.com or at FirstCry stores after you have verified your mobile number in your FirstCry.com account.
5. Loyalty Cash is awesome! Are there any charges against which I cannot redeem my Loyalty Cash?
Yes. You cannot redeem your earned Loyalty Cash against any extra charges such as Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery Charges.
6. How do I track the Loyalty Cash I have earned?
For purchases made on FirstCry.com website & mobile applications, you will be able to get all details on your Loyalty Cash by logging in and going to Loyalty Cash section in My Account. Your loyalty cash updates will reflect here within 48 hours of the product being successfully delivered to you.
In case of purchases at FirstCry store, Loyalty Cash is recorded against your mobile number. At the time of billing you will be asked for your mobile number. Please make sure you provide the same registered mobile number everytime you place an order. Your purchase receipt would detail the Loyalty Cash earned against each product and the Loyalty Cash redeemed by you for that purchase. The receipt will also reflect the total Loyalty Cash balance in your account. Note that if your account is not linked, then the total balance will only reflect the Loyalty cash earned in FirstCry stores.
We recommend linking your mobile number to your account on Firstcry.com. Doing this makes tracking your Loyalty Cash easy. If your mobile number is not linked to your account, note that Loyalty Cash earned at FirstCry stores will not reflect in My Account.
7. Can I redeem Loyalty cash earned in the FirstCry website at the FirstCry Stores and vice-versa?
Loyalty Cash earned on online purchases at FirstCry.com are recorded in the My Account section of your profile. You can use any Loyalty Cash earned on FirstCry.com at a FirstCry store once you verify your registered mobile phone number in your FirstCry.com account.
Loyalty Cash earned on purchases at a FirstCry store are recorded against your mobile number. Once you have verified this mobile number in your FirstCry.com online account, you can use the Loyalty Cash earned at the FirstCry store on FirstCry.com website & apps.
8. How do I verify my mobile number on FirstCry.com?
Log in to your account on FirstCry.com. Visit the My Profile section under My Account. Enter your mobile number in the My Contact section and click on the 'VERIFY & SAVE' button. You will receive a One Time Password (OTP) on this mobile number. Enter this OTP in the provided textbox. If the entered OTP is correct, you will get a confirmation message about the same. Congratulations! You have successfully linked your mobile number to your account.
In case you don't have an account on FirstCry.com, create one by clicking here. In case you have already transacted at any of the FirstCry stores, make sure you use the same mobile number while creating the account (as provided at the store)
9. Why should I verify my mobile number in my account on FirstCry.com?
By verifying your mobile number, you help us make sure we are linking the right accounts and you enable us to protect your Loyalty Cash against fraudulent redemption. Once you verify your mobile number you can start using FirstCry.com's awesome Loyalty Cash program across your online and in store purchases.
10. I made a purchase at a FirstCry Store but I don't see the Loyalty Cash in the 'My Account' section. What to do?
Simple. Just verify your mobile number in your account on FirstCry.com. Loyalty Cash earned by you for purchases at a FirstCry Store are recorded against the mobile number provided by you at the store. When you link your mobile number to your account on FirstCry.com, we will get all the Loyalty Cash you earned for purchases at any FirstCry Store to the 'My Account' Section within 48 hours.
11. What happens if I return / cancel my order?
Earning Loyalty Cash
If you return/cancel your complete order, you will not be credited any Loyalty Cash against that order. In case any part of your order is replaced, you will receive the Loyalty Cash earned basis the new product delivered to you. If you return any part of your order, the Loyalty Cash against that product(s) will not be added to your account.
Redeeming your Loyalty Cash
If you return/cancel a product for which you have paid with Loyalty Cash, an equivalent amount will be added back to your Loyalty Cash account. If the entire order is returned/cancelled, the loyalty cash will be added back to your account.
12. Will my Loyalty Cash expire if I don't use it?
Loyalty Cash balance as on 31st March will expire on the 31st of March every year for accounts where no orders have been placed on or after 1st April of previous year. Eg. All points earned and not redeemed by you as on 31st March 2016 will expire on 31st March 2016 if no new orders have been placed by you on or after 1st April 2015.
