    • We sell products of all the leading brands in baby and kids products across sections right from diapers, baby food, infant accessories, gears (strollers, high chairs), nursery furniture, clothes & footwear to toys and back to school products. We also stock items from some of the leading importers and domestic manufacturers of the country. The items undergo a thorough check by our QA team before they are stocked.
  • 5.What’s the minimum order value required to place an order?
    • To place an order, a minimum order value of Rs. 249 or more is required (Excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer).
  • 6.How do I know my order has been confirmed?
    • After checking out during the payment process, you will get a confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully. You will also get a mail in your registered email id, along with an SMS to your registered mobile number confirming the order.
  • 7.How do I check my order status?
    • We will ship within 24hrs of receiving the order. We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. You will receive an SMS about the same. In case you do not receive an email from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company. Alternatively, you can check the same in My Account page, where Track Shipment option gives you the current status of your order being shipped. We will ship within 24hrs of receiving the order. We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. You will receive an SMS about the same. In case you do not receive an email from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Alternatively, you can check the same in My Account page, where you can see the current status of your order being shipped.
  • 8.Is it safe to use my Credit Card Online at FirstCry.com?
    • We accept VISA, MASTER and AMERICAN EXPRESS Credit Cards issued in India and we accept Debit cards of all banks issued in India. All your transactions online are protected & secured by SSL (secure socket layer) technology from GoDaddy.com. It encrypts your credit card and relevant information during the entire transaction process. This encryption makes your shopping experience safe and secure.
  • 9.What if an item is out of stock?
    • We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply. We will notify you at the time of check out if the item selected is not in stock. In the rare circumstance where the order has been accepted and due to some reasons we are not able to ship, we will notify you within 24 hrs and the money will be returned to you in the same mode by which the payment was made within 10 working days. Some items (which are restocked regularly) and is temporarily out of stock may appear on display with an out of stock tag. You can use the Notify Me option and we will inform you once the product is replenished and available for sale.

  • 10.Are there any other hidden charges like Octroi or Entry tax?
    • You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.
  • 11.How are the products packaged?
    • Each of the individual products are securely packaged in bubble wrap and put into a box. The box is sealed well ensuring a safe delivery to your doorstep.
  • 12.You’ll deliver products outside India?
    • We do not ship products outside India but the site is accessible to all and we do take orders from around the world provided the shipping address is in India.
  • 13.Is it mandatory to register before placing an order?
    • You can place your order by just providing us with your email address. However, it is recommended that you register with us in order to receive timely offers and also to maintain your Wishlist and account details.
  • 14.How long will it take to receive my orders?
    • For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days after dispatch (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach. For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
  • 15.Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?
    • We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.
  • 16.Who pays for the shipping charges?
    • A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 50 is applicable on all orders below Rs. 499(Excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer) at all locations with an additional charge applicable at certain locations. For orders equal to or above Rs. 499 (with exclusions as above) free shipping is available at certain locations only. For other locations, additional shipping charges will be applicable. At these locations, in which additional charges are applicable, the Rs. 50 shipping charge will be added to the shipping charges for all orders below Rs. 499(with exclusions as above). These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order. The shipping charge applicable per quantity of the product can be checked by entering your pin code details on the product pages and the total shipping charge applicable on the order will be the sum of the charges for all chargeable product(s) in your order (+ Rs. 50 for orders below Rs. 499). The order level charge will be visible to you in the cart as well as when you enter the shipping address while you are checking out with your order.
  • 17.What is GST?
    • GST means Goods and Service Tax. It is a single indirect tax on the sale of goods and services throughout India. GST is applicable w.e.f. 1st July, 2017.
  • 18.How GST amount is calculated over and above the discounted price?
    • GST is calculated on the basis of rates mentioned under GST laws for each category of product, customer location and the applicable discount on the product at the time of purchase.
      GST over and above the discounted price is applicable on products with discount of 19% and above. Please refer to Terms of Use for full details. The GST collected on the discounted price is duly deposited with the respective GST Authorities having jurisdiction or adjusted as per the applicable GST Act and Rules
  • 19.Do I have to pay GST on purchase of Gift Certificate & Guaranteed Savings Offer?
    • No. GST is not charged from customers on buying Gift Certificates and Guaranteed Savings Offer.
  • 20.Will my GST amount be refunded on Order Cancellation and Returns?
    • Yes. GST amount collected will be returned to customer’s source method at the time of Cancellation and Returns.
  • 21.What to do if GST amount on purchased products comes out to be more than the limit defined by the Govt.?
    • We are ready to share all details of GST for your kind perusal and would happily return your money back in case we found any excessive amount being charged due to miscalculation.
  • 22.What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
    • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
  • 23.What is your Return Policy?
    • We have a 30 days return policy for clothes, footwear and 7 days return policy for all other items.

      30 Days – No Questions Asked Free Return Policy for Clothes and Footwear
      In case the product doesn't fit properly or you have any issues with product quality or sizing, you can simply return the product to us within 30 days of receiving the product. Return is free and easy to do. We provide a pre-paid shipping polymailer bag for FREE returns. Just fill the return form sent along with your order, pack the clothes/footwear in the bag provided, seal it and drop the package at the nearest Blue Dart outlet

      If a Blue Dart outlet isn’t present in your city, we request you to send the package through a courier service of your choice. Refund of return shipping charges (charges paid by the user for sending the products to us) will be limited to Rs 100 or 10% of product cost, whichever is lower. The refund for shipping charges will be in the form of Gift voucher.

      On Successful processing of returned Item(s), we will either replace the product or refund the entire amount. Please note that the product should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging with a copy of original invoice.

  • 25.Saved Cards F.A.Q.s
    • 1. What all information is saved on opting for save card functionality?
      Credit card number, card holder name and expiry date is saved in a secured vault on opting for save card functionality.

      2. Can I delete my saved cards?
      Yes, user can delete their saved card at any point of time from the checkout page.

      3. What's the maximum number of cards that can be saved?
      User can save a maximum of 10 cards.

      4. How do I save my cards?
      User has to select option for "Express Pay" while making the final payment on Firstcry. On clicking, the card details provided by the user (i.e. Card number, card holder name and expiry date) are pushed and saved in to a secure PCI DSS compliant vault.

      5. How do I make payment using saved cards?
      User can view all his/her saved cards on checkout under the credit/debit cards tab. This information is protected behind login. User has to login to site in order to view the saved card details. Next step is to select one of the saved cards, provide CVV and click on make payment button to complete the transaction.

      6. Can I use a new card which is not yet saved for making payment?
      Yes, our system supports payments through both new and saved cards. In case you have a new card which is already not saved with us, then you can use the same as well for making payments.

      7. Is it mandatory to save cards?
      No, user can decide whether they want to save their card info or not.

      8. I am unable to view my saved cards in checkout?
      Please ensure the below while checking your saved card info on checkout
      User should have a registered account on Firstcry.
      User should be logged in to that registered account.
      This feature is currently not available under Guest Checkout due to security reasons.


      9. Can saved cards be used on mobile site and apps?
      Yes, users saved cards are linked to the registered email id and are accessible on FirstCry mobile site and Apps as well.

      10. Is it safe to save my cards on checkout?
      Your card information is saved in a Card Vault with PayU, one of the leading PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) compliant payment service providers in India. They use world class encryption technology to securely share information between FirstCry and PayU.

      11. What happens to saved expired cards?
      User will see clear messaging in checkout against the saved expired cards. User has to ideally delete these cards and add new cards for payment processing.

      12. Whom should I contact if I had opted for save card but my card information was not saved?
      Please visit our Contact Us page and drop your query details to our customer care team for further action.

  • 26.How Cashback Offers works?
    • Cashback Offers are run from time to time to award users for their purchase from FirstCry.com stores or from certain categories of these stores. The terms and conditions applicable with these Cashback offers are as below
      1. 1. The Cashback amount, the purchase conditions and the product range on which the Cashback offer is valid will be as specified along with the Cashback offer
