We have a 30 days return policy for Clothes & Footwear and a 7 days return policy for all other items except for Personal Products such as Diapers, Wipes, Creams.

Oral Care products such as toothbrushes, teethers & soothers
Please note that the product(s) should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging along with all parts and freebies and a copy of original invoice. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it.
If any or all products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.
If it turns out that there is an issue or you are dissatisfied with the product(s) you ordered, don't worry! Returns are free* and will be taken care of end-to-end by us. All you need to do is Login to your firstcry account and request a return online. To request a return go to Order Details in your FirstCry Account and click on the Return link next to the item you would like to return. On clicking the Return link a form will appear. In the form select the reason for return and enter other details you would like to mention. If you cannot find your reason in the form please get in touch with our customer care team. Once you submit this form, your return request will be recorded with us and we will initiate the returns process for you.
If you do not see the return link against the product you want to return, don't worry, it may take up to 48 hours from time of delivery for the return link to appear.

In the rare case we can't pick up the item from your location you can ship it back to us through a courier service of your choice. You will still need to fill and submit the online return form to request a return. Once your return request is approved, an address label will be generated. Take a printout of the label and paste it on your return package. Please make sure the Order ID is mentioned in the address label. Please wait for the return request to be approved before shipping the item(s). It may take upto 48 hours for the request to be approved. Please do not ship the product until your return request has been approved. We will reimburse the return shipping charges upto 10% of the product price or Rs.100, whichever is lower. To ensure that we can identify and track the product returned by you, please update the name of the courier company and the courier tracking number/ AWB number/ Docket number in the Manage Returns page. Please note that we will not be able to initiate the refund process if we do not have the correct details.
If the product(s) shipped by you get damaged in transit, we will not be able to refund the amount paid for the product. In such a case, If you would like to have the product back you may arrange for a pick up from our warehouse within 7-8 days of arrival at our warehouse.

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks to ensure that the product is unused, in original packaging and in good condition, except of course for the issue described by you. We will refund the entire amount paid by you for the product and the money will be directly credited to your FirstCry Cash Refund Account within 24 hours of reaching the warehouse. Please Note: Shipping Charges and COD charges are not refundable. Once the refund amount is in your FirstCry Cash Refund Account, you can use the credit to order a replacement or buy something new or even have it credited back to your bank account as and when you like.
