Materials
- Black, brown, white, and orange paper
- White paint
- Black marker
- Silver or gold glitter
Here’s what you need to do
- Start by tearing some brown paper and crinkle it into a ball. Then unfold the paper and stick it on a sheet of black paper.
- The brown paper will become the branch, so add a few lines and knots to make it look like a branch.
- Next, put some white paint on a plate and let your child make some owls by dipping her fingers in the paint and pressing them down on the black paper.
- You can make an outline of the owl to make it easier for your little one to paint inside the lines.
- To make the owls’ eyes and beaks, cut out circles from the brown, black, and white paper and orange triangles.
- Stick the brown, black, and white circles one on top of the other to make the eyes and stick the orange triangle for the beaks.
- To make the owlets sparkle, spread some glue above the owls and sprinkle some glitter on them.
- Your Owl Babies are ready!
