Materials

  1. Paper plate
  2. Coloured tissue paper
  3. White paper
  4. Black marker
  5. Blue paint
  6. Tinfoil
  7. Stapler
  8. Scissors
  9. Glue

Here’s what you need to do

  1. Let your child unleash his inner artist by painting the paper plate with the blue paint.
  2. Once the paint dries, cut out a triangle to make the fish’s mouth and staple the triangle on the opposite side to make the tail.

  • While the paint is drying, show your little one how to cut the tissue paper and tinfoil to make the fish’s scales.
  • Also, cut out an oval from the white paper and make a black circle on it to make the fish’s eye.
  • Have your child stick the scales and the eye on the plate to complete the fish’s body, and your paper plate fish is ready!

What a cool activity, right?
