How to prepare:
Make sure all utensils are clean and boil drinking water for 5 minutes to ensure it is disinfected.
Instant Fruit Cereals: Strawberry, Mango and Banana Cereals
Step 1: Add 40 ml boiled water into a pan
Step 2: Add 3 table spoons (30 gms) of cereal powder
Step 3: Stir and feed immediately with a clean spoon
Sathu Maavu, Ragi Almond and Banana Cereal and Millet and Oats Porridge
Step 1: Add 1/2 cup of water or milk into a pan
Step 2: Add 3 table spoons (30 gms) of Sathu Maavu mix / Cereal / Porridge powder
Step 3: Cook on a medium flame for 3-5 mins and stir continuously to avoid lumps. Cool to room temperature and feed immediately
