But I have deducted 2 star for matress quality its too thin and very hard which is not suitable for baby. We prefer this expensive range because it was available with mattresses but now we have to buy matress seperately which is add on to expenses. Rest I have to wait atleast for couple of months to review the exact quality.

Very bad delivery and support by firstcry by karuna kadam, Written on 18 Aug 2023 Ordered it as birthday gift and It was delivered 4 days late. No support from firstcry at all. Finally when delivered it was broken. Raised return request for the same still no response for days... think before investing such a big amount as mental stress is too much for the same.
