Senior Management

Gautam Sharma is our Group Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for finance function, fund- raising, regulatory and strategic planning in our Company. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from Gujarati Commerce College, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a fellow member with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Prior to joining our Company, he has worked with Birla Ericsson Optical Limited, Minda Valeo Security Systems Private Limited, Reliance Industries Limited and Vindhya Telelinks Limited. He joined our Company on May 28, 2012. Gautam Sharma has been awarded the title “Best CFO E-Commerce” at the India CFO Award 2024 by Biz Integration and “Group CFO of the Year - Large Enterprises” at the CFO Awards' 24 by the Economic Times.

Prashant Jadhav is our Chief Technology Officer. He heads and is responsible for the IT function in our Company. He holds a bachelor's degree in arts (politics) from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. Prior to joining our Company, he has worked with Brainvisa Technologies Private Limited. He joined our Company on September 9, 2010.

Manjula Rao is our Chief Human Resources Officer. She is responsible for the complete HR function in our Company. She holds a bachelor's degree in commerce (banking and finance, business law, taxation and auditing) and a master's degree in personnel management from University of Pune. Prior to joining our Company, she has worked with Project Concern International, Population Services International and Saertex India Private Limited. She joined our Company on August 1, 2011.

Abhinav Sharma is the Country Head - ME of our Subsidiary, Firstcry Management. He heads the business in Middle East and is responsible for international expansion in Middle East. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical) from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology, University of Pune, Pune, Maharashtra, India and a master's degree of science in industrial engineering from the University of Texas, Arlington, Texas, United States of America. Prior to joining Firstcry Management, he has worked with Fossil Inc and Flipkart India Private Limited. He joined Firstcry Management on July 1, 2019. He has also been associated with Firstcry Trading since November 11, 2020 as a General Manager.

Mr. Anuj Jain is the Chief Executive Officer of our material subsidiary "Globalbees Brands Private Limited". He is responsible for heading the business in Globalbees Brands Private Limited. He has been an integral part of the management of the Company since July 2012 and has 23+ years of industry experience including companies like ITC and L'Oréal. He completed his PGDM in Marketing, Finance and Strategy from IIM Lucknow and graduated from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. He joined Globalbees Brands Private Limited with effect from April 25, 2025.

Ms. Neha Surana has more than 12 years of experience in the field of Corporate Law Compliance & Secretarial Procedures. She has completed her Bachelor of Laws from Mumbai University & is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is associated with Firstcry Group since March, 2020.
