1.What is “Next Day Delivery”?
- For select products and pin codes FirstCry now offers “Next Day Delivery Service”. Under this service orders placed before 6 PM will be delivered the next business day and orders placed after 6PM will be delivered the day after.
2.How do I avail “Next Day Delivery” on a product?
- Currently this service is available for select products and in select cities only. To check whether next day delivery is applicable in your area, just enter your pin code on the product page and look for next day delivery availability and delivery options. Just ensure you order within the time frame mentioned on the product page and the product will be delivered to you the next day.
3.Are there any charges involved?
- This service is currently offered at no extra cost by FirstCry i.e. Rs 0/-

4.On Which Days “Next Day Delivery” is not applicable?

Delivery time is calculated basis business days i.e. days on which all logistics and supported services are operational. Therefore Next Day Delivery will be applicable on all days leaving Sundays and Regional/National Holidays.
Following are the list of Regional/National Holidays which are considered as delivery holidays and are excluded from “Next Day Delivery” calculation.

- We will send you an email confirming your order which will also have products with Next Day delivery products. You can also check the next day delivery products by logging in to your “My Account” section and under “Order History” tab.
6.Are there any Terms & Conditions for Guaranteed Next Day delivery?
- Next Day Delivery is subject to below Terms & Conditions.
  1. o Next Day Delivery is currently available for select set of products and pin codes only.
  2. o This service is currently offered at no extra cost by FirstCry i.e. Rs 0/-
  3. o User must have placed the order within the time frames defined on the page against the product.
  4. o Sundays and Regional/National Holidays are considered as delivery holidays under Next Day Delivery.
  5. o “Next Day Delivery” applies for attempted delivery by our courier representative by the promised date. FirstCry will not be responsible to provide “Next Day Delivery” again in case customer is not present at the delivery address to take delivery.
