FirstCry Club Benefits

A. FirstCry Club is a combined loyalty prog. for FirstCry online users & FirstCry stores. Customers can avail benefits of Club membership both online and at stores (excluding Babyhug & Carters).

A. There are some combined benefits, some online specific or store specific benefits. Please refer benefits table mentioned below for all details

A. There are 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months membership plans available to purchase for FirstCry Club. The benefits provided under these plans vary accordingly. There are some benefits exclusive to 12 Months club members only and are not available for 3 Months club members. There are also some benefits with which 12 Months Club members will get additional savings on their purchases made on Firstcry.com.

A. If a benefit is exclusive to stores or online, it can be used on that channel only.

A. With Exclusive discount pricing benefit, Club members will be eligible to get additional discount up to 5% on the products on which extra Club discount is available. This benefit is not applicable on apparels(fashion) products for Firstcry stores.

A. Premium offers & deals benefits include:

• Exclusive Club Cash on products (Club Users will receive additional Club Cash on eligible products)
• Additional coupon discounts (Some coupons will have additional discounts for club members). Additional discounts, if available, will be shown in the coupon T&C.
• Exclusive Club only coupons (Exclusive coupons will be available only for club users)
• Additional discount on bank offers (Additional discounts will be available on bank instant discount/cashback offers)

A. For Club users, some sale events will start a few hours early. They will also get additional coupon/product discounts during the sale events.

*Please note that not all events will start early. FirstCry reserves the right to decide on which events to be launched early. Club users will also get the benefit of dedicated sale events- i.e. Sale events dedicated only for club users

A. You will come to know about Early Sale Events through Notifications, Emails, and banners running across the website/app.

A. Yes, Club members will get additional coupons discount on some coupons. But please note that the additional discounts may not be available on all coupons.

A. Club members will get an additional discount or cashback on some bank(payment) offers.

A. You will come to know about Additional Bank offers for Club Members through Notifications, Emails, and banners running across the website/app.

A. Club Members will get Club Cash benefits based on their subscription plan. If you buy 3 months membership plan or 6 months membership plan, you will get Club Cash as per the ClubCash allocation logic of FirstCry. If you buy 12 months membership plan, you will get 2 X of 3/6 Months plan Club Cash points. It means that 12 months Club users will receive additional Club Cash on their product purchases

A. Club Members who have bought 12 Months subscription plan will get Assembly Service free of cost. This benefit is not for 3 Months & 6 Months Club members. Free service will only be available on FirstCry serviceable pincodes. Users can check the serviceability by entering the pincode on the product details page or cart

A. For the Club users with 12 Months of membership, Return Gift coupon will be sent to the customer. The coupon can be used max 20 times and, on each usage, discounts of Rs. 100 will be applied on order. Customers can distribute these coupons as a return gift. Users can also check the coupon details by visiting the My Account section on FirstCry web/apps platforms. Please note that this benefit is not available for 3 Months & 6 Months Club users.

A. Return gift coupon can't be used by the club user to whom it was sent, as it's a return gift. It can only be used by the users to whom it is gifted. One user can use the return gift coupon only once.

A. Club customers will receive the Gift coupons only once during the Club membership period on the occasion of his/her child's birthday. In case of more than one child details added to the FirstCry account, the user will still get this benefit only once

A. FirstCry charges Rs. 50 as the shipping charges for the orders below Rs. 699 value. Club users will enjoy a lower shipping barrier on their orders, that is Rs. 499 for 1 month & 3 months Club users and no minimum order barrier for 6 & 12 months Club users.

1 month & 3 months Club users will be able to save Rs. 50 shipping cost for the orders between Rs. 499 & Rs. 699.

6 months & 12 months Club users will be able to save Rs. 50 shipping cost for any order below Rs. 699.

Note: To place an order, a minimum order value of Rs. 99 or more is required, subjected to FirstCry’s T&C. (Excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer)

A. Club users will get a free subscription of the basic plan of FirstCry Playbees edutainment app for the Club membership duration. Know more about this app- https://playbees.firstcry.com
To activate the subscription, user has to login into Playbees app with the Firstcry account details. Free subscription would be auto-activated if the user is a Club user.

A. As a part of Club membership, 3 months Club user will get 3 store coupons, worth Rs. 100, 200 & 300, 6 months Club user will get 6 coupons worth Rs. 100 to 600, & 12 months Club user will get 12 coupons, worth Rs. 100 to Rs. 1200

A. 1st coupon of Rs. 100 will be available for the user to use within 24 hours of joining club membership. The next/subsequent coupon will only be activated post 30 days from the generation of previous coupons. If a user hasn't used the previous coupon, the next coupon will not be activated.

A. No, FirstCry will keep adding new benefits/features in the Club membership to provide more value to customers. FirstCry can also modify/remove current benefits as it seems fit. FirstCry reserves the right to decide on the availability of newly added/modified benefits to the existing Club users.

A. FirstCry reserves the right to remove any benefit (from the current list) for the new users who are buying the membership or for the existing users. For existing users, the benefit may/may not be removed as per the policy of FirstCry.

A. Additional product and coupon discount benefit for Club users will be applicable on selected products, but not limited to any specific category or sub-category. Products on which discount is applicable can vary from time to time, as per the policy of FirstCry.

A. A brand benefit is a type of exclusive reward/offers for Club users that one will receive in an ongoing membership period. Rewards/offers can be redeemed on the relevant merchant's app or website as per the given T&C.

A. A Premium Subscription benefit is a type of exclusive reward/offers for Club users that one will receive in an ongoing membership period. Rewards/offers can be redeemed to activate a subscription on the relevant merchant's app or website as per the given T&C.
