Q. How can I purchase Club membership online?
A. Club membership can be purchased through FirstCry Website and App via available banners or via adding membership directly into the cart. There will be banners running across the site. On clicking these banners, you will be redirected to the Club detailed page where you can view the membership benefit list. You can choose either 3-, 6- or 12-Months plan and make an online payment to activate the Club membership.
Q. What will happen when I add Club membership into my cart?
A. When you add Club membership into your cart with other FirstCry products, you will be eligible to get Club discounts on that order. On adding Club membership into the cart, your cart will be automatically updated and Club benefits will be applied. You will be able to place the order by choosing any pre-paid payment mode.

A. Yes, you can purchase Club membership with other FirstCry products by adding membership into your cart. Option to buy the membership is available in your cart. You will be able to place the order by choosing any pre-paid payment mode.
Q. How will I know if my cart has Club discount benefits applied?
A. When you add Club membership into your cart, 'Club Savings' field will be applied on your order and you will see the savings amount from the payment summary section.
Q. How can I purchase Club membership at FirstCry stores?
A. At FirstCry owned stores, you can purchase Club membership via POS, available at the stores. You just need to share your mobile number to make the payment. Once you make the payment, your membership will be activated.
Q. Will I be able to use Cash Refund available (in my account) to buy the Club membership?
A. Yes, Club membership can be bought with the cash refund amount available.
Q. Will I be able to use GC, Cashback code, or Club Cash to buy Club membership?
A. No, you won't be able to use GC, Cashback or Club Cash to buy club membership.
Q. Is coupon discount available on Club membership?
A. Coupon discount will be applicable on buying Club membership for 3 months, 6 months and 12 months plan.
Q. I tried to place an order to buy Club membership, my money got deducted but my order is still showing in pending/cancelled status, what should I do?
A. Please wait for max. 30 mins. Your order will be confirmed if FirstCry gets the payment amount from the Payment Gateway. If FirstCry doesn't get the amount, then your payment will be auto-reversed by the payment gateway and the amount will be refunded to you in 24-72 hours.

Q. How will I come to know if I get a free FirstCry Club membership? When will my free membership be activated?
A. If you have cleared the criteria of min transactions & revenue required to be eligible for free Club membership, your membership will be automatically activated post the delivery of the order, you don't need to do anything to activate the same. Post the activation of membership, you will also be notified by email & other communication channels.
