A. The "Share & Earn" program is a reward program that lets you earn Club Cash by sharing products with friends and family. When you share a product link and they make a purchase through that link, you get rewarded with Club Cash.

A. As a logged-in user, simply go to any product's page and look for the "Share & Earn" banner or share button. Tap the button to get a unique link that you can share with anyone you know via messaging apps, social media, or other platforms. When they make a purchase within 24 hours of clicking your link, you'll earn Club Cash.

A. Any logged-in user is eligible to participate as a referrer. You can share products and earn Club Cash whether you are a Club member or not. The person you share with (the referee) does not need to be a Club member for you to earn a reward. Logged-out users are not eligible for this program.

A. The Club Cash you earn is based on the value of the entire order placed by your friend/family member. If the order includes multiple products, the total Club Cash is the sum of the Club Cash values for all eligible items. The calculation logic is the same as our standard Club Cash program.

A. Your friend must place an order within 24 hours of clicking your shared link for you to be eligible for a reward.

A. Your Club Cash reward will be credited to your account approximately 24 hours after your friend's order has been successfully delivered and the return window has closed. The status of your reward will change from "Processing" to "Credited" on your dashboard.

A. If your friend's order is fully canceled or returned, the reward status will be updated to "Cancelled," and you will not receive any Club Cash. If there is a partial return or cancellation, the final Club Cash amount will be adjusted to reflect only the value of the products kept by your friend.
