Return/Cancellation and Refund Policy for Club Membership
Q. Can I cancel/return my Club Membership?
A. No, you won’t be able to cancel/return Club Membership once its activated.
Q. Will I get a refund if I cancel/return my Club Membership?
A. As you won’t be able to cancel/return the Club membership, there will not be any refund scenario
Q. How the refund calculation will be done for Club Members on cancelling/returning the product ordered?
A. There is no change in the refund calculation process for cancellation/returns. It remains the same for Club & non-Club members. Refunds will be credited to the Club & non-Club members account based on the price of the product at the time of order.
Q. What will happen to Club Cash points associated with a product that is being returned?
A. If a product is returned by the Club member, then the Club Cash credited against that product in the user's account will be debited from their respective account
Q. Can FirstCry cancel my Club membership?
A. FirstCry reserves the right to cancel the Club membership on the identification of fraudulent activities or the misuse of benefits provided as a part of the membership.
