Renewal/Upgrade/Expiry
Q. What will happen if my Club membership expires?
A. User will get information on their membership expiration date on the FirstCry Club Membership page. If the user's Club membership is expired, then the user will not be able use their Club membership benefits. Once the membership has expired, users may purchase a new membership plan of 3 or 12 months.
Q. When I placed the order my Club membership was active, but when I got the delivery, it was expired. What will happen in this case?
A. The user will still get the Club benefits as his membership was active when the order was placed
Q. Will I be given any prior notice for the expiry of Club membership?
A. Yes, you will get a prior notice for the expiry of Club Membership through banners, Emails, and Notifications.
Q. How do I renew my Club membership plan? Is there an option to auto-renew Club membership?
A. You can renew your Club membership program from the FirstCry Club Membership page (Club Dashboard) by using Renew option. Club Membership program is not auto-renewable.
Club Membership page is available under the My Account section.
Q. Will I be able to upgrade my membership plan from 3 Months to 6 Months or 12 Months?
A. Yes, you will be allowed to upgrade your membership plan from 3 months to 12 months. Upgrade option will not be available immediately, but only after some days from the date of purchase. In case you have purchased our 3 months Club membership plan, please visit your FirstCry Membership Page (Club dashboard) and click on the "Upgrade" button and follow the screens to upgrade
Q. Will I be able to upgrade my membership plan from 6 Months to 12 Months?
A. Yes, you will be allowed to upgrade your membership plan from 3 months to 12 months. Upgrade option will not be available immediately, but only after some days from the date of purchase. In case you have purchased our 3 months Club membership plan, please visit your FirstCry Membership Page (Club dashboard) and click on the "Upgrade" button and follow the screens to upgrade
Q. Can I transfer my membership rights?
A. Club membership is non-transferable. Only the account owner can use the benefits.
Q. What will happen to my Club Cash earned if my club membership expires?
A. If your Club membership expires, then Club Cash earned still remains in your account and can be used for further purchase.
Q. How much can I save with Club Membership Program?
A. You will save more if you spend more. You will get some benefits on every order you place on FirstCry along with other benefits, as explained in the benefits section
Q. Is Club Program MRP fixed?
A. For now, Club program MRP is fixed at Rs. 399, Rs. 799, & Rs. 1599 for 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months respectively, but it may vary in the future. If there is any price change, it will be updated on the Club membership page.
Q. Can I gift Club membership to anyone?
A. As of now, the option of gifting club membership is not available.
